  • Digital Products: Refunds are available for digital products (e.g., styling guides) only if:

    • The product was not delivered or is inaccessible after purchase.

    • A technical error or defect prevents you from using the product as intended.

2. Refund Process

For Digital Products:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Services that have already been rendered

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for services already rendered.

Digital Products: Please ensure you select the correct Colour Season, exchanges are not permitted.
